Forums (aka Forion)
Forion is an easy-to-use tool that allows multiple discussion forums within a single Neo subject. Users can participate in online asynchronous discussion sessions by posting and replying to discussion topics. Access to discussion forums and topics can be restricted to specified user groups. Users can be granted priveliges so that some may create topics, some may read and write messages and other might only read posts, while access can be completely denied to other groups of users. Each user may have an avatar or photo which appears with each message and, when clicked, can allow other users to view their details. Alternatively we can set up a forum for anonymous posting. Finding information posted in forums is easy - a search function allows users to quickly find keywords in a discussion forum.
